I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was so welcoming and hospitable, always attentive to my needs. They even helped me organize transportation and provided great recommendations for dining and local activities. The location was superb, within easy walking distance of all the major attractions in this city. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel facilities was top-notch, from the rooms to the common areas.

The noise level was a bit of an issue, as there was noise from both staff and guests. there were some cleanliness issues with hair on the bedding and ants in the room.

The food was delicious, with a variety of baked goods and the rooftop terrace was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was not served early for our day trips and a mini fridge in the room would have been beneficial. We were also disturbed by noise early in the morning which was somewhat disrupting.
